FACT.
It will always rain when I do not have my umbrella. I can’t explain how real this statement is. I have been proven to walk out on a day that was “supposed to be” sunny, clear skies, “it never rains around these places” and end up drenched. I know what one might say “Kim, just always keep an umbrella with you, I always do— New York isn’t crowded enough, I need to break out my umbrella when it drizzles for a hot sec”. EXACTLY!! I am not going to carry around something so heavy, I’m not being dramatic its heavy, so that I can be the idiot on the street injuring those around me because there is a light mist in the air. I just won’t. In conclusion, skip Al in the morning and just throw the question over to me “Kim, did you bring your umbrella on your travels today?” and whether or not I did, no pun intended (yea I know its spelt different) will determine the path for the day.
