thank you melissa for reminding me
that my name might have been Lahoma. Apparently when my parents were picking out my name my grandmother threw in her suggestion of Lahoma. Seriously? Where would I be right now? What kind of friends would I have? WHAT WOULD I LOOK LIKE??…if my name was Lahoma?!?! I wonder….

It will always rain when I do not have my umbrella. I can’t explain how real this statement is. I have been proven to walk out on a day that was “supposed to be” sunny, clear skies, “it never rains around these places” and end up drenched. I know what one might say “Kim, just always keep an umbrella with you, I always do— New York isn’t crowded...
